'Transmission - Welcome to the Voixiverse'

Hey Cam? Cam! Is it working? Are we broadcasting? . . . We are? Terrific! Love to see that smile on your snout! Not often I get to see that!

Hello, everyone from all universes, dimensions, and time periods! After many trials and tribulations, my colleague Cam and I have finally gotten our interuniversal transmitters up and running! Which means we are now able to broadcast ourselves throughout every universe and era in what we are calling the Voixiverse (Cam has some sort of etymology for that. I’m not the creative one here, he is). This is gonna be huge for the advancement of our society!

Ahem.

Let us introduce ourselves. If you have been following us since the very beginning—and I mean very beginning—of our ventures, you may know me as Dexter Vespa. Beside me, working behind the scenes, is my colleague, Cameron Vulpe. We are, respectively, a Vesp and a Kropse, wasp- and fox-like creatures from the world of Primondia! We are esteemed time travelers and are currently stationed in the continent of Savare at the immediate dawn of our universe’s very creation! It’s magnificent, really! We do a lot of other things on the side, like videography and graphic design, but our main focus right now is the discovery and recording of alternate universes, so we can showcase it to all worlds who wish to see and fill their ever-growing curious minds! And now, we can make that happen!

Thanks to this machine that me, Cam, and a few scientists from our world of Primondia have invented, we have discovered and made contact with several different universes in this Voixiverse. We aim not only to make good relations with these universes, but also to appoint ambassadors between them to bring the information we have been craving to learn about them. We have these ambassadors here with us now, and for our first ever broadcast, they are going to introduce themselves and what their universe is like.

Oh, and I have also installed a digital encyclopedia of all of our discoveries, which will be updated as we uncover more. Check it out here.

First off, I suppose I should introduce myself and my universe. I am Dex, a Vesp from Primondia. We call this place Primondia because it was the first ever world created in our universe, and how lucky are we to be the ones living on it! As esteemed time travelers, Cam and I have always wanted to explore life in Primondia at the very dawn of its creation, right when the Primators brought bodies, lives, and will to the creatures that roamed it. As we look around, we see, for lack of a better term, a Primitive Kingdom, full of beasts, vegetation, and minerals as far as the eye can see! The creatures here are primal and primitive so far, but I anticipate rapid advancement soon. Such diverse wildlife! I think I saw a block of earth jump out of the ground and move! I have to go check that out!

Hey all! Cameron Vulpe here. Dex’s partner for as long as I can remember. Dex may be a hyper one, but he’s my bro, and bros always stick together. Now, I’m all fine with him going around and traveling in the past to see what Primondia was like as soon as it began, but what I’m much more interested in is alternate timelines, and specifically this alternate timeline that seems completely frozen and extinct. Like, I can’t even enter it anymore, it’s that frozen! I can only look at it from a distance, like watching a lost rerun of a movie on TV. I can’t affect anything happening, I can only describe it.

Now, I’m a fox, so naturally I like to dig. And this frozen timescape is absolutely loaded with parallels and paradoxes as far as my claws can burrow! I see a world that looks exactly like Primondia but with human versions of our typical locals. I see people and creatures who sort of look familiar, but with vastly different names or designs. I even see some people and locations that aren’t even a part of our typical Voixiverse! The biggest, though, is this universe that looks exactly like Primondia, but with completely different lore and history—the residents there call it the Starverse.

It’s almost as if the Starverse was the original blueprints for the creation of Primondia, but after a certain point, time froze and Primondia was created instead, with much more thought and intention. So that, mixed with all these other paradoxes, parallels, and anomalies, I can find: Oh, this is gonna be so fun looking into this place and digging up what I can find!

Hello… I don’t know how this wasp and fox contacted me or even found me here. I suspect that some sort of occult has contacted me via a supernatural communication method. Either that, or I’m having visions from residual possession again. But even though I try my best to live off the grid, I am never opposed to proliferating information. Especially information about my universe. I’m the best at talking about that.

My name is Nat Aberdeen. I’m a human and a friendly writer-type who refuses to reveal anything more about me than that. I live in a strange little city-state in the mountains. It’s called Plainwood, but it’s anything from plain. We take superstitions, the supernatural, and demonic possessions very seriously here. If someone so much as uses their left hand wrong, they risk a punishment worse than… well, worse than many of the punishments I’ve lived through myself. Besides our aversion to the left hand and our stark fear of demonic Sinisters, we’re a pretty normal town. We have three mayors, a scarily invasive government, and more than one public bathroom, and that’s all you can ask for, really.

Plainwood’s dedication to Sinisters and coincides directly with my own history with an entity called the Sinister Recluse. I’ve lived my whole life researching this Sinister Recluse, and I find this “interuniversal broadcast” the perfect medium to expose it.

I’ve charted some of my findings on Plainwood and the Sinister Recluse here.

Hiya everyone! I don’t really know what happened just now—some fox and wasp warped into my room and asked me if I could share some information about my universe. Well, I’m not gonna turn them down, ‘cause I love sci-fi and fantasy things like this! They asked me to be an ambassador for Snallbourg, and for a town like Snallbourg, I just couldn’t say no!

Anyway, hi guys! My name is Vivian Fleur, but you can call me Vi (I talked around with some other ambassadors here and I heard there was another Vivian living in Plainwood, so I don’t want anyone to get confused). Honestly, I wish I had more things to talk about. All those things that Dex and Cam and Nat are all talking about sound so cool! Primitive Kingdoms, demonic possessions, I wish I could see some of those! Well, it’s not like I’m complaining. I live in Snallbourg, and that’s all I could ask for. We’re a homey town that gets huge hustle and bustle during the tourist season, but otherwise, we’re calm and quiet. Everyone knows each other. We’ve got a great school (I’m in 9th-grade honors classes, myself!), lots of great things to do (the Tanners, Jackie and Mark, run the coolest bookstore!), and a really efficient mayor (his name is Perry Marshall, Jr., but we call him Mayor Junior).

Anyway, Snallbourg may not be as exciting as some of these other universes, but it’s what we call home.

If you wanna read more about us, I jotted some stuff down in Dex’s encyclopedia. Read more about Snallbourg and the things that go on in it here.

Oh yay! Another dimension me an’ m’ colleagues can explore! Hiya, everyone! M’ name is Doopie, and I come from far, far away! Dex an’ Cam are talkin’ about discovering parallel universes–well they came to the right place! Here where I’m from, that’s a pretty easy thing to find. M’ friend Wells and I are interdimensional travellers, and we have ventured far and wide through different pocket dimensions, each with their own sort of theme. I, m’self, am from the Sandcastle Dimension, where huge structures of sand roam the world! (And are always at a constant war with each other, I might add, which is very inconvenient).

But that’s not the only dimension Wells an’ I have gone! No sir! We’ve been to the Dandelion Dimension, the Skyscraper Dimension, the Coral Dimension, and even the Dragon Dimension! I gotta say: each one of those adventures were so fun, but not as fun as where we live now: the Bell Dimension! Oh, the cutest little bunny creatures bounce all around here and ring all the bells suspended around in the wide open fields. That’s where we met Bippins and Pumpkins, who helped us travel all around these pocket dimensions in the first place!

Happy to meet you all! If y’ have any questions about any of our dimensions, or who Doopie and Wells are, check out this link here!

Hello. Dexter and Cameron have asked me to be the ambassador for DevCore and to talk all about our universe. I gladly accepted. I will introduce myself first, and then discuss what DevCore is. I am Casque. I am a Thinking Cap. I work with my partner Ether. We both work at DevCore. DevCore is the organization stationed in people’s minds that control their growth and development. DevCore is divided into 7 sectors, each with its own foreman. Ether is the foreman of Imaginative Studios, which controls creative development and the subconscious. We make movies and theater productions using our diverse cast of imaginary friends, including but not limited to two-headed dragons, evil Ws, and cartoon bats. Other sectors control the development of cognitive, motor, memory, moral, language, and social skills. Our current host’s name is Jaxie. Very creative person. Loves to use Ether’s division the most. As Jaxie continues to grow and develop, we will report on any updates they have gone through. Transmission ending: I must return to the studio and help Ether produce a daydream, just in case we need it when Jaxie gets bored. I will return.

I will leave these links to learn more about DevCore and Ether.

Transmission ended.

Well, you heard it here first, folks! These are the six most prominent universes Cam and I have found in the Voixiverse. Cam also insists that we call them “series,” but I don’t really understand why. Some sort of jargon, I guess. We’re excited to present more of our findings as they come. Until next time, we’ll catch you on the flipside!
