Dr. Derek "Blue Scar" Angelini is a retired supervillain and current 9th-grade Earth science teacher at Snallbourg High. After his retirement from evil science, he decided to move from Glamville to Snallbourg to turn over a new leaf; although, it's proving a lot harder for him to let go of old habits.
