Prologue: Happy Vacation!

“Alright! We’ve been too busy adventuring, we’ve never had time for any fun!” says P2. “I’ve bought some tickets for a hotel in Telle Port in Keniesis Cove. Our plane leaves in 5 days.” Five days later. “Get ready! Get packed! We have a plane to catch!” That’s right! The brothers are going on vacation to the lovely Keniesis Cove while staying in a hotel in the less lovely Telle Port. What is there in store for us this time? Or is it a game about NOTHING?!

They exit the plane and see a lovely outside airport. “Wow,” says P1. “This place looks amazing!” They meet a short, old man. He is the ambassador of Keniesis Cove. His name is Kadabra and he also owns the airport. “Welcome,” he says, “First time here? Here’s a guidebook of all possible places you could go. There are also a couple of monsters around so you may want to know how to battle.” Tutorial battle. You win. “Excellent! You’re staying in Telle Port, correct? You better fasten yourselves up. It’s a pretty… well… you’ll see when you get there. Have fun anyway! I recommend going to Psychout Park first.”

P2 says, “Well this is it. Telle Port. Not really what I expected, but I’m okay with it. Let’s go check into our hotel.” When they walk in, they bump into Prince Diamond from the Greedbag Heist. P1 says, “Sorry, Diamond, we were just in a hurry and–” Diamond interrupts, “First of all, it’s pronounced [dee-uh-mond]. Secondly, where are you going? That hotel is a piece of garbage. C’mon, I’ll take you to MY place. Oh, by the way, here’s a refund for the hotel.” He gives you 200 diamonds. “Well, welcome to my rented house. Nice, huh? So… what’cha wanna do? I heard Psychout Park is a really amazing place. It’s just to the east. Or maybe you wanna explore the town a bit. It’s YOUR vacation, YOU do what YOU want.”

Chapter 1: The Remnants of Relic Ruins

Almost every area in this game is going to be an alliteration. We start with Psychout Park. It is run by the Masked Collector’s sister. You see him. He says, “OH! You two! I know you. Welcome to the Psychout Family Park. Why are you here? Vacation? Good. Feel free to walk around the park. And I’ll introduce you to my sister. But don’t flirt with her. If you do that, I’ll gag. I mean it.” As you walk around, you meet a large Rocka. It’s Rico! He was a Blitz fighter in the Seven Sources. Now he’s a good guy. He wants to fight just ‘cause. You win. You meet the Collector’s sister, Lillie. She says, “Hi! Welcome to Psychout Park. You must be P1 and P2 my brother was talking about. Glad to meet you. I’m Lillie. Have a look around. Our park is open 24/7. Maybe if you’re daring enough, you could explore Relic Ruins. But until then, if you need me, come find me. Have fun!” Fun?! Sounds suspicious. Fortunately, it isn’t. You decide to explore around the park. Trust me, something WILL happen.
